Design & Engineering Support
MBS can provide engineered PEMB structural drawings and calculations that include the framing plan, sheeting plan, anchor bolt layout, frame cross sections and design reactions that will be required for EOR to design foundation plan.
Furnish & Erect
Furnish and Erect projects require MBS to provide all of the material, labor and equipment to assemble the metal building system. This is our most common delivery method because our clients prefer a single source of responsibility for the metal building system.
Erect Only
Erect Only projects required MBS to provide only the labor to assemble the metal building system. This delivery method is used when the client purchases the material directly from the manufacturer.
Components
Components projects require MBS to perform an assessment of an existing metal building. These projects are typically repairs/maintenance or alteration to an existing metal building.
