MBS provided furnish and erect services of a pre-engineered metal building system for the new 50,000 square foot climate-controlled building #4 that will serve as a yacht storage facility. The building features large industrial rolling doors from Norco, which are integrated into the metal building system. The facility is designed to provide a safe and secure environment for owners of large yachts, offering climate-controlled storage using self-propelled hydraulic transporters that can handle up to 66 tons.

The climate-controlled environment ensures that the stored yachts are protected from temperature and humidity fluctuations, preventing potential damage to the vessels.

The River Forest Yachting Center's new storage facility is a state-of-the-art solution that provides yacht owners with peace of mind knowing their valuable investments are safe and secure.

Bert's Barracuda Harley Davidson

MBS undertook the complex task of providing furnishing and erecting two metal buildings while also renovating two existing metal buildings for the new Bert's Barracuda Harley Davidson dealership in Pinellas Park, FL. The project was split into three sections - the pavilion, the showroom, and the service department.

The pavilion, a massive 20,000 square-foot open-air pre-engineered metal building, was designed to serve as a multi-functional space for hosting concerts and outdoor dining.

The showroom involved the extensive renovation of an existing 11,560 square foot metal building and the addition of a new 13,120 square foot metal building. This innovative solution allowed for an increase in usable space while ensuring the seamless integration of the new and old structures.

The service department was a major undertaking that involved an extensive renovation of an existing 16,480 square foot metal building.

MBS takes pride in every project they undertake, but this one was particularly exciting as it provided the Coast Guard Sector St Pete Base with a fully functional building that will serve them for years to come.

Able Tape- PEMB Retrofit

MBS  provided furnish and erect services for the renovation of a 5,400 square foot commercial warehouse building located in unincorporated Pinellas County. This was a unique project that presented a specific challenge to the client - the need to increase vertical clearance to create additional rack storage capacity.

MBS's  team  designed a retrofit metal building system that was engineered and constructed within the existing footprint of the building. This was achieved by removing the existing roof framing system and dropping a pre-engineered metal building system inside the building to increase the overall height. This innovative solution provided the additional vertical clearance needed for the client's desired storage capacity.

The renovated warehouse building now provides the additional storage capacity required, ensuring that the client's business operations can continue to grow and thrive.
